Wir empfangen alles (2023) was premiered at Oremandsgaard Kammermusik Fest by Yura Lee, Andreas Brantelid, Nicholas & Jonathan Swensen. The piece was commissioned by Oremandsgaard Kammermusik Fest with support from Koda Kultur.
The piece is based on the Bach Corale “Wie soll ich dich empfangen” from the christmas oratorio. The instruments are accompanied by a tape, played out of two cellos acting as speakers. The tape features the manipulated voice of the soprano Theresa Szorek.
